Casa Aqua°1 – Duplex appartment with private garden
Description
Apartment Aqua 1, with an area of 200m², is located in the center of Cabo Roig, and is located just 300m from the sea. The apartment is located on the ground floor, and also has an upper floor (duplex).
It has a spacious private garden, where you can tan and relax yourself much.
Living room with open kitchen and dining room. Sitting area with TV on which subscription is active, with almost all European channels available. There is also a possibility to connect a Google Chromecast / Apple TV (bring your own).
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, and fans. Heating is of course also available.
The appartment is equipped with all the facilities you need for a stress-free vacation! It’s nearby restaurants and shops.
– If cancelled up to 45 days before the start of your vacation, you have the option to cancel virtually in full, subject to the cost of 1 night as an administration fee.
– Up to 30 days before the start of your vacation, you can rebook your vacation completely free of charge to another period (subject to availability in that period + possible accommodation price adjustment if higher season).
– Between 30 days and 15 days before the start of your vacation and full cancellation is required, 50% of the total rent will be charged.
– In case of cancellation within 15 days before the start of the rental period, the full invoiced amount is due and also no rebooking is possible (unless we allow exception due to circumstances = to be discussed).
Duration of stay: Free to choose, depending on availability. Long-term rental possible at special rates. Please contact us for this via our contact form, e-mail or telephone. You will then receive a non-binding quotation.
Cleaning: The apartment will be cleaned for you upon departure. The costs for final cleaning are € 120 and must be paid at the time of booking. We request that you leave the accommodation tidy: do not leave dishes, food in the refrigerator, full bins, garbage bags and the like.
• Advance payment of 50% upon reservation, to be paid within 5 days. Payment in full is also possible.
• Balance: to be paid 1 month before arrival
• Pets not allowed, but possible on request
• Subletting is strictly prohibited!
