Villa Orchidee, with a land area of 250m² is located about 2 kilometres from the famous Strip, and is situated 3km from the sea. The villa features a beautiful garden, with fully private heated pool. The villa has 3 bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom. For the other 2 bedrooms there is an extra bathroom. This makes the villa perfect for a 6-person holiday!
The private garden features a private pool (3x8m) that can be heated during the colder periods to enjoy it all day! Next to the pool, we have a glass veranda that can be opened or closed for all seasons. On the roof of the villa, you can also enjoy the spacious terrace.
– If cancelled up to 45 days before the start of your holiday, you have the option to cancel virtually in full, subject to the cost of 1 night for administration.
– Up to 30 days before the start of your holiday, you can rebook your holiday completely free of charge to another period (subject to availability in that period + possible accommodation price adjustment if higher season).
– Between 30 days and 15 days before commencement and full cancellation is required, 50% of the total rent will be charged.
– In case of cancellation within 15 days before the start of the rental period, the full invoiced amount is due and rebooking is also not possible (unless we allow exception due to circumstances = to be discussed).
Duration of stay: Free to choose, depending on availability. Long-term rental possible at special rates. Please contact us for this via our contact form, e-mail or telephone. You will then receive a non-binding quotation.
Cleaning: The apartment will be cleaned for you upon departure. The costs for final cleaning are € 150 and must be paid at the time of booking. We request that you leave the accommodation tidy: do not leave dishes, food in the refrigerator, full bins, garbage bags and the like.
• Advance payment of 50% upon reservation, to be paid within 5 days. Payment in full is also possible.
• Balance: to be paid 1 month before arrival
• Pets not allowed, but possible on request
• Subletting is strictly prohibited!
